I am not from the Monroe, NC area originally and did not know who to turn to when I needed legal advice in this area. I met with a lawyer prior to meeting Mr. Swain, which told me I had a slim to none chance of getting the help that I needed. Thankfully, upon a referral to Mr. Swain’s office, I was in luck. I was impressed with Mr. Swain, his efficiency, and his staff immediately. He is a prompt, honest, straight forward business man with great integrity. He not only accomplished what I was hoping for which also included a quick return of my weapon, but went further and cleared my name of all false allegations brought upon me. It was obvious that Mr. Swain cared about my case and was putting forth great effort throughout the entirety of this process, which was completed faster than I thought possible. He and his staff returned phone calls promptly and kept me up to date with prevalent information and gave me confidence that I was at the right place. I greatly appreciate all he and his staff did for me and would recommend Mr. Swain to anyone!
