Recently my family had the need for an attorney due to a tragic auto accident my son was involved in. Ken Swain and his firm were a blessing` to us. They helped make a horrible situation more bearable. Mr. Swain was there every step of the way. We were scared not knowing what to expect or what to do. Mr. Swain immediately gave us advice that we followed every step of the way. It was obvious he knows the law and prepared us right away as what to expect. He takes such a personable interest in his clients and his genuine concern helps anyone who is scared facing legal issues feel a little calmer. He never gave my son false hope about his case and yet after all was done things worked out better than we expected. Later we were told it was due to the advice he gave us and my son followed along with good old fashioned negotiating on Mr. Swain's part. We are forever grateful to him and his staff and would recommend him to anyone.
